Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman (Zendaya Coleman) born in 1996, is an American dancer, actress, and singer. She grew nearby California Shakespeare Theater in Orinda where her mother worked as a house manager and trained at the theater’s student conservatory program.

 In her childhood, she performed in numerous stage shows in acting, dancing and singing. She also helped her mother in her theater work and spent much of her time around the California Shakespeare Theater. She was a member of Future Shock Oakland Dance group for several years.

Zendaya Coleman started her professional career as a fashion model for Macy’s, Mervyns, Old Navy and she appeared as a back- up dancer in a Sears commercial featuring Disney channel star Selena Gomez. She auditioned for the role of CeCe Jones to join “Dance Dance Chicago” in November 2009. This show was later changed to “Shake It Up” from “Dance Dance Chicago” and this show became the most successful show of her life because of which she got more popularity in this industry.

In 2011 she Released “Swag It Out” song a promotional independent single which was composed by Bobby Brackins and produced by Glenn A. and “Watch Me”. She started her career in movies with the film Frenemies in 2012. In 2013, she was nominated and was a contestant on season 16 of dancing with the stars. She beat Shawn Johnson as the youngest contestant to ever be on the show.
